The Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in San Angelo, Texas. The 1940 Convention marks the Silver Anniversary of the association. The association staff are greeting visitors at the door, and attaching their badges. Ray Ridenhower is receiving his badge from Miss Alma Williams. Mr. Ridenhower, of Junction, Texas, is wearing a hat and a three-piece suit. Miss Williams, of Del Rio, Texas, is wearing a button-up blouse and a skirt.
