The Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in San Angelo, Texas. The 1940 Convention marks the Silver Anniversary of the association. In attendance are Mrs. Lucille Chapman and Roy Barton. Mrs. Chapman is pinning a flower on Mr. Barton, to designate his visitor status. Mrs. Chapman, a staff member, is wearing a dark, button-up dress. Mr. Barton, of Brady, Texas, is wearing a cowboy hat, dress shirt, necktie, coat, and trousers.
