Description

The Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in San Angelo, Texas. The 1940 Convention marks the Silver Anniversary of the association. In attendance, left to right, are Tom Richey and Arthur Broome. The men, both residents of San Angelo, Texas, are discussing range and wool conditions over a cold beverage. Mr. Richey is dressed in a hat and suit. Mr. Broome is wearing a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, and a jacket. They are sitting at a counter, with glass soda bottles in front of them.
