Description
The Texas League Baseball Officials are responsible for the high standard of baseball in the league. Left to right are R. L. Stuart and W. O. Briggs Junior. Mr. Stuart is retiring from president of the Beaumont Exporters. The Exporters are the minor league affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. He is wearing a three piece, double breasted suit. Mr. Briggs is the Exporters' vice-president. He is dressed in a double breasted suit with a handkerchief and a pencil in his pocket.
