Description

Junior officers of Company B, one hundred and forty second Infantry, Coleman, are enjoying a casual conversation. Left to right, Second Lieutenants, Phil North, John Steel, Hal Carpenter and John Sprague. Lieutenant Sprague is from Dallas, others of Fort Worth. Liutenants Steel and Carpenter are sitting on a brick structure with North and Sprague standing on either side of them. All the men are in full uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 1, 1940.
