    Description

There was plenty of activity at City-County Hospital as 126 Tarrant County registrant volunteers passed through a line of medical examiners. One of the first test given was for vision. The men were checked both with wall chart and for color blindness. Doctor E. L. Howard is shown here giving a color test to Roger McLeland, 22, of 1430 Jennings Avenue. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 14, 1940.
