Personalities in the local draft news Tuesday because theirs were among the first numbers drawn from the historic goldfish bowl in Washington, D.C. Among the Tarrant County men whose numbers were called in the draft shown here is Charles Gregory Johnston, 32, of Arlington, Texas (Area 8), the ninth in the selective service lottery. Mr. Johnson is posing with his camera with hand on the shutter, and he is wearing a long sleeve shirt, a patterned tie, and pants.
