Description
Tarrant County, Texas is conducting their peace time registration for the draft. Henry Grote is a thirty-four year old native of Germany. He came to the United States fourteen years ago and is now a naturalized citizen. Mr. Grote is shown registering for the draft at West Van Zandt School. He is wearing a cap, button-up shirt, and trousers. There is an unidentified man at the right. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition October 16, 1940.
