Tarrant County, Texas is conducting their peace time registration for the draft. Miss Anne Houle is shown registering Jose Ojeda Hernandez at the courthouse. Mr. Hernandez is a thirty-year old native of Durango, Mexico. The former Casa Manana chef is dressed in a three piece pinstripe suit. Miss Houle is wearing a lacy blouse.
