Tarrant County, Texas is conducting their peace time registration for the draft. Left to right are Frances Wayman and Alfred A. West. Miss Wayman is one of the staff of registrars on duty at the School Administration Building. She is wearing a long-sleeve blouse and a skirt. Mr. West is sales representative from New York City, New York. He is visiting Fort Worth, Texas and is signing up for the draft while he is here. He is dressed in a suit.
