Accompanied by his wife, the former Miss Mary Ethelyn Lemons, Dallas, Texas. In this portrait, he is wearing his military uniform with the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal. On his portrait, there is a signature that reads "All my love to Mother." Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, May 11, 1944.
