A. C. Barnes, of Arlington, Texas, Henry D. Young, of Fort Worth, Texas, and J. H. Payne of Dallas, Texas, all postmasters. The trio is attending a dedication of the new post office in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Barnes and Mr. Payne are seated while Mr. Young stands between the two. Young is shaking hands with Payne over Barnes' shoulder, while Mr. Barnes looks at the camera. Mr. Barnes and Mr. Payne are each holding several documents. All three men are wearing suits. A few other men are sitting behind them.
