    J. Austin Latimer, who was a principal speaker at the dedication of the new post office in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Latimer is shown standing in front of a podium and speaking to the crowd. He is wearing a pinstripe suit with a patterned necktie. Sitting behind him are a few other men, including A. C. Barnes (right), who is a postmaster in Arlington, Texas. Barnes is also wearing a suit as well as eyeglasses.
