Description
J. Austin Latimer (left), executive assistant to the Postmaster General, and Burris Jackson, of Hillsboro, Texas, postmaster and president of Texas Postmasters Association. They were the principal speakers at the dedication of the new post office in Arlington, Texas. The men are seated next to each other with their legs crossed and their hands resting on their knees. Mr. Latimer is wearing a pinstripe suit with a patterned necktie and Mr. Jackson is wearing a solid colored suit. A few other men are sitting behind them.
