Cattlemen from all over are traveling to Silver Creek Farms for the Hereford auction. The bidders are eager for a chance to purchase the highly esteemed cattle. In attendance, left to right, are Sam Lard and R. T. Alexander. Mr. Lard is from the Ladder Ranch in Hillsboro, New Mexico. He is wearing a cowboy hat, collared shirt, necktie, sweater, coat, trousers, and cowboy boots. Mr. Alexander is a registered Hereford breeder at Canadian. He is dressed in a cowboy hat and a double breasted three-piece suit.
