Description
Emmett Sherrod is a freshman on the Texas Christian University football team. The sturdy young fellow has been named the starting center for when the Polliwog squad takes on the Baylor Cubs. Sherrod is a member of the famous North Side Football Family. He is shown crouching over the football and practicing the snap. He is dressed in a number 44 football uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 27 1941.
