Description
Bill Christie is a freshman football player on the Texas Christian University Wogs team. The big 228-pounder is surprisingly fast and aggressive. He was raised in Plano, Texas. Although Christie won't start the game against the Baylor Cubs in Farrington Field, he figures to play a great deal. He is crouched over, practicing his blocking form. He is dressed in a number 46 football uniform. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, October 27, 1941.
