Preparing for the 11th annual Pecos, Texas, rodeo is two-year-old Mickey Bowser, grandson of Captain M. L. Swinehart. Swinehart is manager of the Pecos Chamber of Commerce. Mickey is standing in the middle of a road. He is wearing a long-sleeve shirt, a bandanna around his neck, trousers, a cowboy hat and cowboy boots.
