Description

Among those who will attend the annual West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention, to be held at Big Spring, Texas, on May 16, 17 and 18, 1940, are, left to right, Dan Conley, W. C. Blankenship and King Sides. The men are standing against a blank wall. Conley is wearing a suit and a patterned necktie. Blankenship is wearing a double-breasted, pinstripe suit and eyeglasses. Sides is wearing a suit.
