The trio known as "The West Texans," Mrs. Frank Gibson, Miss Ruby Bell and Mrs. R. E. Blount, who will be attending the annual West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention, to be held at Big Spring, Texas, on May 16, 17 and 18, 1940. The women are standing behind a counter, leaning their arms on the countertop. Mrs. Gibson and Mrs. Blount are wearing long-sleeve, collared blouses and cowboy hats. Miss Bell is wearing a long-sleeve, collared blouse, a vest, a cowboy hat and eyeglasses.
