Description
Bob Knox, left, and Jack Wallace, who are in charge of radio activities at the annual West Texas Chamber of Commerce (WTCC) convention, to be held at Big Spring, Texas, on May 16, 17 and 18, 1940. They are standing against a blank wall, turned slightly to face each other. Knox is wearing a striped, long-sleeve shirt, trousers, a polka-dot necktie, a hat and eyeglasses. Wallace is wearing a pinstripe suit, a plaid necktie and a hat.
