Description

Attendees of all ages are enjoying the Throckmorton County Fair and Rodeo. Some of the old settlers of Throckmorton County are left to right, J. D. Falls, W. Henry Key, and T. E. Beaty. All three men have lived in the county for more than fifty years. Mr. Falls was a county judge for many years. He is the superintendent of cooking at the fair. He is dressed in a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, and trousers. Mr. Key is on the committee to look after the old settler's needs. He is wearing a hat, dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Beaty has been the rural mail carrier for twenty-five years. He is wearing a cowboy hat, striped dress shirt, necktie, and trousers.
