Attendees of all ages are enjoying the Throckmorton County Fair and Rodeo. The barbecue was especially a big hit. Tom Kelly is handing a plate to C. A. Wilkinson. Mr. Kelly is one of the old settlers of Throckmorton County. He is wearing a hat, dress shirt, necktie, suspenders, and an apron. Mr. Wilkinson is president of the Throckmorton Old Settlers Association. He is wearing a straw hat, dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. People are gathered around picnic tables in the background.
