    In this picture is Mrs. A. E. Chambers of Detroit, Texas. She is the sister of Admiral James O. Richardson, the new commander-in-chief of the United States fleet. Mrs. Chambers is sitting on a chair, thumbing through a scrapbook. She is wearing a blouse and a skirt. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 18, 1940.
