    In this picture is D. Williams, veteran Paris drug clerk, father of Lieutenant Commander Jack B. Williams, and lifelong friend of Admiral James O. Richardson, the new commander-in-chief of the United States Fleet. Mr. Williams is standing at the counter, inspecting a glass bottle. He is surrounded by shelves of drugs and supplies. He is wearing a three piece pinstripe suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 18, 1940.
