Description

In this picture is Ed P. McCuistion, the long-time mayor of Paris, Texas. He was once a partner in a drugstore in which Admiral James O. Richardson worked.. The admiral is the new commander-in-chief of the United States fleet. Mayor McCuistion is sitting at his desk, dressed in a three piece suit. On his desk is an ink blotter pad, telephone, and various papers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 18, 1940.
