Description
Students in Fort Worth, Texas public schools are no longer dragging their feet when it comes to dancing in physical education classes. William P. McLean Junior High School students are doing the Cokey-Cokey. Starting with the girl in the light suit and moving clockwise they are, Elizabeth Greene, Alta Cordry, Mildred Jackson, Barbara Von Zuben, George Ann Brown and Marilyn Bozenhard. This is a bird's eye view of the dancers, while other classmates stand to the side of the room and look on. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 4, 1940.
