Joe Burdett, Arlington Heights High School Basketball Player (11) looks displeased as Bill Davis, Fort Worth's Polytechnic Basketball Player tries to grab ball from behind turning on pressure in first of three-game series at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Poly won, 63-45. There are other unidentified players on the court and all players are wearing their school's jersey, sock with sneakers and some have knee pads. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 19, 1948.
