    Description

The Fort Worth Lions Club is running a Pedestrian Safety Campaign at Texas Wesleyan College. One of the students participating in the campaign is Carolyn Clarke. She is demonstrating how a "moocher" steps down off the curb while waiting for a traffic signal to change. Little by little she is stealing steps across the street. Notice that the traffic light is lit "green" (go) to the on coming traffic. She is wearing a jacket and a skirt. In the background is Roy Hyde's Studios, a Mrs. Baird's Bread advertisement, and several automobiles. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
