The Fort Worth Star-Telegram is running a series on driving safety. Playing the role of a careless driver "Joe Blow," the traffic hazard, is Marcus Curd. En route to his downtown office, Joe Blow ran through a school zone despite a warning to stop from Motorcycle Officer Roy Gibson. Officer Gibson is writing a ticket as a group of school children cross the street. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, September 3, 1946.
