Motorcycle officer Roy Gibson is writing Joe Blow a ticket. While the officer's back was turned, Joe stuck out his tongue and made a face. The officer caught the gesture and remarked that Joe would learn to respect the dignity of the law. Officer Gibson is dressed in his uniform. Mr. Curd is wearing a hat and a button-up shirt.
