    Description

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram is running a series on driving safety. Playing the role of a careless driver "Joe Blow," the traffic hazard, is Marcus Curd. Joe Blow is the tipsy patron after a night of partying and drinking. He is shown hollering to his buddies as he climbs into his car rather than taking a cab home. Mr. Curd is dressed in a hat, collared shirt, necktie, and trousers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, September 7, 1946.
