Description
The Tarrant County Democratic Convention is holding a meeting at the First Baptist Church. In attendance, left to right are Hamilton Rogers and Bill Wills. The men are engaged in a good-natured argument at the convention. Mr. Rogers was a Texas Regular leader two years ago. He is wearing a dress shirt, bow tie, and trousers. Mr. Wills is a pro-Roosevelt backer. He is dressed in a short-sleeved shirt with a window pane design and holding a cigarette in his left hand and a match in right hand. Other people are watching them. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 4, 1946.
