Quail Collector --W. A. Jordan, 2612 Bomar, holds two Chukars from his collection of 125 quail, and on the ground at his feet, are three other varieties from his collection of more than 100 mounted models. They are, left to right, a Bob White, Mountain Quail, and Gambel's Quail. Mr. Jordan is shown kneeling on a lawn, wearing shirt and seersucker pants, holding the Chukars in both hands and smiling for the photo. He raises birds as a hobby. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 15, 1946.
