Fort Worth residents have many reasons for wanting to cast ballots in the coming election, and in their minds the important things is that no citizen should fail to take advantage of the right to vote. W. S. Finks, Insurance Company claim adjuster. Finks tells why he is going to vote. He says, "I can't imagine why anyone would fail to vote when he can." He is photographed inside a car, looking through the car door window. He wears a hat and a shirt and tie. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 21, 1946.
