Stay On The Job -- Office of Public Affairs (OPA) employes here were told to stay on job Monday by District Director Holloway as he read telegraphic instructions from Regional Director Orth in Dallas based on advice from the national capital. Director Holloway is standing at a small table while reading the instructions. He is wearing suit and tie. Seven women and two men are behind him listening to instructions.
