Still On Payroll -- A group of employees, Office of Public Affairs who reported for work is shown here. This cross-section made during a meeting Monday morning of Office of Public Affairs (OPA) district office workers here shows employees as they listened to instructions by District Director Holloway. The "ghost will walk" for them Tuesday when paychecks for last two-week period are distributed. There were no absentees. There are seven women and twenty-two men in the photograph. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 1, 1946.
