Description
The annual elementary school relay carnival is being held Thursday and Friday at Farrington Field. Participating in the Class E 400-yard relay is William Holcomb. He is an 11-year-old student at Polytechnic Elementary School. William is shown breaking the tape in final link of the relay. At a mark of 62 seconds, his team set a meet record. A group of men are standing on the sidelines as William passes the finish line.
