Description
The Fort Worth Cats, a minor league affiliate of the Brooklyn Dodgers, are preparing for the upcoming 1946 season. They are spending Spring Training at the Parker Cullom Ranch near Decatur, Texas. The Cats are shown enjoying a thirty-minute picnic lunch. Pictured left to right on the front row is Eddie Zebro, Danny Ozark, Leo Thomas, and Paul Gilkison. On the back row is Bob Haddock, Solly Hemus, Pete Spatafore, and Pete Zmitrovich. They are all dressed in baseball uniforms. A horse is seen in the background.
