Description
The Fort Worth Cats, a minor league affiliate of the Brooklyn Dodgers, are preparing for the upcoming 1946 season. Manager Ray Hayworth is preparing the group of youngsters for the first week of Spring Training in Fort Worth, Texas. Hayworth played fifteen seasons in the Majors as a catcher. He spent time with the Detroit Tigers, Brooklyn Dodgers, New York Giants, and the St. Louis Browns. Coach Hayworth is standing on the field, dressed in a pinstripe suit.
