Attending the 59th and last annual meeting of the Texas Bar Association at the Blackstone Hotel is Miss Margaret Waters, of Austin, Texas, secretary-treasurer of the Junior Bar Association. After this meeting, the bar association will become the State Bar of Texas. Miss Waters is sitting in a chair, wearing a short-sleeve dress and a hat. Pinned to her dress is a name tag.
