Description
Fort Worth Golden Gloves boxers (left to right) Bill Elliott, basketball star at Polytechnic High School and Charley Huston of Amon Carter Riverside High School, engage in a fight. Mr. Elliott, barefoot, ducks under a right punch from Mr. Huston. Both men are wearing boxing gloves and silk boxing shorts. Mr. Huston is also wearing boxing shoes. The match takes placed in a boxing ring with spectators just visible about the ring's floor. Mr. Huston won the match, part of the high school division of the Golden Gloves Association of America Fort Worth District tournament.
