Description

Fort Worth Golden Gloves boxers (right to left) George Faulk, Masonic Home resident and high school student boxing against Bob Wagnon, student at Polytechnic High School. Both are from Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Faulk covers up successfully under a two-fisted attack from Mr. Wagnon while a referee watches. Mr. Faulk eventually won the match, part of the high school division of the Golden Gloves Association of America Fort Worth District tournament. Both are wearing boxes gloves and silk boxing shorts. Mr. Wagnon is barefooted while Mr. Faulk is wearing boxing shoes. They are fighting in a boxing ring. Spectators are just visible above the floor of the ring.
