Fort Worth Golden Gloves boxers (left to right) Wendell Swearingen, Polytechnic High School starts a left punch to Gene Huggins, North Side High School. The men were competing in the final bantamweight fight of the high school division of the Golden Gloves Association of America Fort Worth District tournament. Mr. Huggins won the decision. Both men are wearing boxing gloves, silk boxing shorts and boxing shoes. The match is taking place in a boxing ring.
