Description
Chaplain C. O. Boatman served as chaplain of general hospitals in France, Belgium and Luxembourg for 8 months. He conduced daily Protestant services and also supervised Catholic and Jewish ceremonies. Chaplain Boatman was a Methodist minister in Bastrop before enlisting 37 months ago. He and his wife are visiting here with daughter Marie. He will be the guest pastor Sunday evening at St. Mark's Methodist Church, of which Reverend Hayden Edwards is pastor. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 1, 1946.
