Chandler Roosevelt, 11, and her 3 month old black Cocker Spaniel puppy, Topper, which she will show in the Lone Star Cocker Speciality Club's all-age sanction match February 24. Chandler is the daughter of Colonel and Mrs. Harry T. Eidson of Westover Road. Chandler is wearing a dress and sitting on her knees in a yard holding her black puppy.
