Description

Fred Harr, retiring engineer at the Fort Worth Belt Railway yards with the 12 year old dog accompanying him since she strayed into the yards as a puppy. Mr. Harr had been with the company since 1902. He is standing on the steps of a train, while "Pooch" is sitting on a ledge just above. Mr. Harr is dressed in slack, shirt, zippered vest jacket and hat.
