Steve Stumberg, left, of Sanderson, Texas and Vestal Askew of San Angelo, Texas. Mr. Stumberg is president of Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association. He is wearing a button-up shirt, necktie, and coat. Mr. Askew, is secretary of the association. He is wearing a button-up shirt, necktie, and a sports coat. The men had an interesting request the Fort Worth Commission firms increase the assessment for promotion of their product by 200 percent. There is a shelf with documents behind them and a window off to the side. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 9, 1946
