Description

Quincy Webb Bynum was the original immigration official at Fort Worth's air port of entry. The port was located at the International Building at Fort Worth's Municipal Airport. Mr. Bynam is wearing a three piece suit and is seated at a desk. On the desk is a name plate for Mr. Bynum along with an ink pen and inkwell set. Hi hands are resting on a map on printed documents. To his immediate left is a manual typewriter, while behind him is a heating radiator underneath a window.
