Description

Colonel (Col.) W. B. Cayce, finance officer of 89th Division returned from France. He arrived in Fort Worth in time to spend Christmas with his family. Besides numerous campaign ribbons and two battle stars, the colonel (Col.) also wears the Bronze Star. He is wearing his military uniform and standing against a wall. He was commissioned during World War I and called to active duty in 1941 and spent two years at Camp Wolters before going to Europe. He will resume his duties as a federal bank examiner in February. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 1, 1946.
